Refined Sugar, Dextrose Monohydrate, Mango Powder, Full Cream Milk Powder, Skimmed Milk Powder, Non-dairy creamer, Coconut milk powder, Stabilizer (E407, E466, E410, E412), Food flavour (mango flavour)
Step 1: Empty 1 pack 134g of “Homemade ice cream powder – Icekool” into 200ml hot water (or 250ml hot UHT no sugar milk). Then stir around 2 minutes to dissolve well ice-cream powder.
Step 2: Depend on your favorite, add fresh fruit (mango, avocado, banana…) into cream mixture and blend in blender machine around 1 minute.
Step 3: Pour the mixture into a container, then wait until it’s cool.
Step 4: Stir the cool mixture and pour it into an ice-cream mould.
Step 5: Chill the ice-cream mould (step 4) in the freezer of refrigerator about 4-6 hours and enjoy.
